GRADUATION CEREMONY 2025

The most important academic event of the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing is the Annual Graduation Ceremony. This grand ceremony is organized to award certificates for those students who successfully complete graduate and postgraduate level qualifications offered by SLIM.

Students who successfully complete the examinations of,

Master of Business Administration in Marketing (MBA), UK
Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management (PGDIPMM)
National Diploma in Sales Management (NDSM)
Diploma in Strategic Brand Management (DSBM)
Diploma In Digital Marketing (DDM)
Certified Professional Marketer (CPM – Asia)
Diploma in General English
Diploma in Pharmaceutical Marketing

will receive their certificates at the ceremony while the status of Practicing Marketer (SL) and Fellow membership would be awarded to selected SLIM members as approved by the Exco and those who have contributed to the marketing profession or nation through the profession of marketing.

The best students of Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management, Master of Business Administration in Marketing, National Diploma in Sales Management, Diploma in Strategic Brand Management and Diploma in Digital Marketing, Certified Professional Marketer (CPM – Asia), Diploma in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Diploma in General English will receive special certificates, Medals and Plaques in recognition of their academic excellence.

Time : 12.30PM – 4.30PM (Graduates takes their seats at 11.45AM) Late commers will not be entertained

Dress Code :

Gentlemen: Dark-coloured lounge suit with tie (white shirt preferred) and formal shoes
Ladies: Blue color Saree in a formal and subdued colour palette
Footwear: Dark- coloured formal shoes compatible with the academic gown
