The most important academic event of the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing is the Annual Graduation Ceremony. This grand ceremony is organized to award certificates for those students who successfully complete graduate and postgraduate level qualifications offered by SLIM.

Students who successfully complete the examinations of,

• Master of Business Administration in Marketing (MBA), UK
• Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management (PGDIPMM)
• National Diploma in Sales Management (NDSM)
• Diploma in Strategic Brand Management (DSBM)
• Diploma In Digital Marketing (DDM)
•  Certified Professional Marketer (CPM – Asia)

will receive their certificates at the ceremony while the status of Practicing Marketer (SL) and Fellow membership would be awarded to selected SLIM members as approved by the Exco and those who have contributed to the marketing profession or nation through the profession of marketing. 

The best students of Master of Business Administration in Marketing, Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management, National Diploma in Sales Management, Diploma in Strategic Brand Management and Diploma in Digital Marketing will receive special certificates, Medals and Plaques in recognition of their academic excellence.

You will be entitled for the following benefits at the ceremony

• Refreshments at the Ceremony

• No cameras will be allowed inside the hall and mobiles should be on silent or switched off.
• Please note that leaving the premises before the conclusion of the ceremony is strictly prohibited.
• Please note that only the visitors who have purchased tickets by paying LKR 5,000/= will be permitted to enter the BMICH Main Hall and will be accommodated in the Main Hall (Balcony Area).
• SLIM has made arrangements to live stream the event via the SLIM Facebook page to witness the ceremony.
• Please note that all students must be in their seats before 01.00 p.m.
• Late attendees will not be permitted under any circumstances.
• Those students who have already collected their certificates, would not be eligible to attend the ceremony.
• Students are strictly advised to be on time to avoid any inconveniences.
